The portfolio comprises four projects and will generate stable, sustainable revenues by
combining solar power production with agricultural activities, notably beekeeping, creating
strong operational synergies between energy generation and land use

The successful completion of this 43.5m€ transaction was made possible through the involvement of BPCE Energeco and Crédit Agricole Transition & Énergies alongside Crédit Agricole Leasing and Factoring, acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers; Natixis S.A., Credit Agricole Centre France, and LCL as hedging banks; and Credit Agricole Italia as account bank. The portfolio contributes to the implementation of the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), while delivering positive economic and environmental impacts for the Lazio region

With a combined installed capacity of 43 MWp, the plants are expected to generate approximately 61 GWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the consumption of around 12,300 households.

The projects will enhance approximately 35 hectares of agricultural land through beekeeping activities carried out in partnership with local companies and supported by advanced monitoring systems demonstrating a concrete model for the coexistence of renewable energy production and sustainable agriculture.

“We are grateful to our banking partners for their continued trust. This first international project
finance transaction is a strong illustration of Rubis Photosol’s commitment to the Italian market
and our European expansion.”
