Whistleblowing system

To strengthen its programme for preventing unethical, illegal and criminal behaviour, CAG wanted to support all Group employees and persons covered by applicable laws who wish to exercise their right to report concerns in order to protect the company’s interests and report any breaches of the code of conduct.

Those persons who are unable to report potential incidents through the internal process for reporting malfunctions can now exercise their right to report incidents (also known as “whistleblowing”) via the BKMS® SYSTEMS platform. The right to report an incident must be exercised in good faith and without any direct financial compensation.

The BKMS® SYSTEMS platform guarantees the confidentiality of the person making the report, the facts reported and the persons concerned. The information contained is encrypted and stored in an independent secure environment. The tool allows the facts to be reported and discussed with the person responsible for dealing with the report (via a secure dialogue box) while protecting the identity of the whistleblower.

The platform is accessible via the internet at any time and from any location via the following link: The platform is accessible via the internet at any time and from any location via the following link: https://www.bkms-system.com/bkwebanon/report/clientInfo?cin=3CAgr18&c=-1&language=eng
