Crédit Agricole Assurances and Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies announce the launch of the Innov&Act open innovation challenge “Build (Back) Better”.
The proposed transaction involves, on the one hand, the disposal of Qair International’s entire stake, representing 35% of Primeo Energie France’s share capital, and, on the other hand, the disposal of 15% of the shares held by Primeo Energie Schweiz AG, a company within the Primeo Energie Group. Following the transaction, Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies and Primeo Energie Schweiz AG will each hold a 50% stake in Primeo Energie France, which specialises in supplying electricity to businesses and consumers, and in aggregating renewable energy from producers.
Elements, a developer and owner of renewable energy assets, Eclipse, a specialist in optimising battery storage assets, and Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies, a key player in financing the energy transition, announce the establishment of a partnership around a hybrid project combining a photovoltaic power plant and a battery storage system.
The portfolio comprises four projects and will generate stable and sustainable revenues by combining solar energy production and agricultural activities, notably beekeeping, thereby creating strong operational synergies between energy production and land use.
