0:31 Text on screen: Lisa Tessier, Head of expertise, Crédit Agricole Transitions et Énergies
[Lisa Tessier] I started my journey by training as an agronomist engineer at AgroParisTech. I then had an experience in the United States for 7 years. I work in the development of renewable energies.
0:43 Text on screen: Laure-Anne Therene, Digital marketing expert, Crédit Agricole Transitions et Énergies
[Laure-Anne Therene] I am an agri-food and health engineer. I started my career in wine tech and today I work for Crédit Agricole Transition et Énergie where I am in charge of digital acquisition for the J’écorénove mon logement site.
0:54 [ Music] Video: blue background Text on screen: What skills are valued at Crédit Agricole Transitions et Énergies?
[Diane Segal] Engineering training teaches you to think in terms of constraints, to find solutions to relax your constraints, or even absolve yourself from them.
1:04 [Lisa Tessier] Ability to analyze new subjects, self-learning and then the ability to approach problems as a whole uh on the technical, uh economic, uh financial and legal aspects.
1:17 [Laure-Anne Therene] My engineering background is a real asset in terms of project management methodology. And uh that allows me to move forward effectively.
1:22 [ Music] Video: blue background Text on screen: What is it like to be a female engineer at Crédit Agricole Transitions et Énergies?
1:27 [Lisa Tessier] Already, it is very valued. This allows me to work well with both my engineering teams and our engineering partners on the projects we finance.
[Laure-Anne Therene] It has evolved in an environment where everyone has their place to undertake, to innovate and contribute in their own way to the energy transition.
1:46 [ Music] Video: blue background Text on screen: A message for a hesitant woman
1:48 [Diane Segal] There is a feminization of activities and professions that were historically reserved for men. If that’s what attracts them, let them go for it.
[Lisa Tessier] Go for it. It’s very valued to be an engineer and it opens a lot of doors.
[Laure-Anne Therene] Being an engineer is a passport to 1000 paths. So my advice is to go for it.

0:14 [Alexis Martin] Hello, my name is Alexis, I am responsible for the Large Accounts and International division within the Crédit Agricole Transition et Énergie structure and have been for a little less than a year.
0:23 [Alexis Martin] I have a journey that I would describe as classic. After financial studies, I worked for 5 years in Paris in a merger/acquisition consulting firm. Then I joined the banking world at the end of 2010, a world that I have never left. I had the opportunity to have several missions during this experience, all varied in Paris, in the provinces, on expertise and also on management.
0:45 [Alexis Martin] My first role is to manage a team of six employees who are experts in their field in order to offer relevant solutions to our clients. And my second role within our team is really to be very operational in the processing of files. In order to offer the best solution on behalf of our clients and the Crédit Agricoel group in terms of financing so that projects can emerge fairly quickly in the heart of our territories.
1:10 [Alexis Martin] So, there are two things that I particularly appreciate about this job. The first is to see how our actions have a concrete impact on our territories on a daily basis. And the second thing that I appreciate is the rich contacts that we have every day with a large number of interlocutors since our files involve many people in order to make all these achievements concrete.
1:32 [Alexis Martin] So if you want to apply, don’t hesitate. Joining Crédit Agricole Transition et Énergie means joining a structure with a start-up spirit, young, dynamic, project leader, while having the support of a leading global Crédit Agricole group. And then it also means giving meaning to your career by actively participating in projects, uh concrete in our territories but also internationally within our business unit. So go ahead, don’t hesitate, we’re waiting for you.
