The proposed transaction involves, on the one hand, the disposal of Qair International\u2019s entire stake, representing 35% of Primeo Energie France\u2019s share capital, and, on the other hand, the disposal of 15% of the shares held by Primeo Energie Schweiz AG, a company within the Primeo Energie Group. Following the transaction, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Transitions & \u00c9nergies and Primeo Energie Schweiz AG will each hold a 50% stake in Primeo Energie France, which specialises in supplying electricity to businesses and consumers, and in aggregating renewable energy from producers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This transaction forms part of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Transitions & \u00c9nergies development strategy and is in line with the objectives of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole S.A.\u2019s ACT 2028 Medium-Term Plan. Already active in the electricity supply market through its subsidiary Selfee, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Transitions & \u00c9nergies will thus strengthen its position in the business-to business and business-to-consumer electricity supply markets, while accelerating the development of its aggregation activities in support of renewable energy producers
across the regions. The complementary expertise of the two partners will enable the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group to offer its customers a broader range of services in support of the energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
