Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Transitions &amp; Energies is acting as arranger for the financing provided by Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Leasing &amp; Factoring.<\/p>\n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    \n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An integrated optimisation and valorisation solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eclipse will implement a comprehensive offering including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the supply of electricity required for the site to operate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>real-time balancing and scheduling of the asset as a <strong>BRP (Balance Responsible Party)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to system services as a <strong>BSP (Balancing Service Provider)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dynamic optimisation of the battery across all markets (Day-Ahead, Intraday, system services and capacity mechanism)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This optimisation will finely integrate the specificities of coupling with the photovoltaic power plant, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>variable and constrained injection profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grid connection limitations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charge\/discharge co-ordination with a view to optimising TURPE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A secured financial structuring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this partnership, <strong>Eclipse also provides a revenue guarantee (&#8220;floor&#8221;), enabling<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to secure part of the flows generated by the storage asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to strengthen the project\u2019s economic visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This structuring enabled <strong>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Transitions &amp; \u00c9nergies<\/strong> to arrange additional bank financing <strong>with Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Leasing &amp; Factoring as lender and agent<\/strong>, to support the implementation and operation of this innovative asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An emblematic project of the new generation of hybrid assets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This partnership helps to accelerate the roll-out of flexible solutions, which are essential for the large-scale integration of renewable energies into the electricity system.<br><br><strong>Pierre-Alexandre Cichostepski, President of Elements:<br><\/strong>\u201cThis first storage project fully illustrates our strategy for developing flexibility assets, at the heart of the energy transition.
